  2. In your field of study, what are some of the economic benefits to sustainability?
  3. What are some major environmental issues in your field, and what type of work is eing done to resolve those issues?
  4. The theme of this year's Earth Week is Green Building Design: the design and construction of buildings that have a low impact on the environment during construction and use. What sorts of technologies in your field play a role in green buildings?
  5. Are there activities in your department is which students who are interested in sustainability can participate? (specific classes, seminars, extra-curricular projects, competitions, professional group activities, etc., etc...)
